Overview

This Policy applies to bdicorporate.com, client portals, and our project delivery. By using our site or services, you agree to this Policy. We do not sell personal data. For client projects we typically act as a processor under a DPA.

  • Contact details, requests, contracts, billing info.
  • Systems and data you connect (ERP/CRM/e-commerce, files, schemas).

Automatically

  • Device, IP (approximate location), pages, events, error & security logs.

  • Hosting, auth, email, analytics, or platforms you authorize.

How We Use Information

  • Provide/improve dashboards, integrations, automations.
  • Operate accounts, permissions, incident response, and support.

Sharing & Processors

  • Sub-processors for hosting, auth, analytics, observability, email.
  • Third-party platforms you connect (ERP/CRM, POS, ecommerce).
  • Compliance/safety when required by law or to protect rights.

We maintain contracts and safeguards with our processors.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in Lebanon, the UAE, the EU and other locations where providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. Project retention follows your SOW or instructions.

Security

Layered security: least-privilege access, encrypted transit, segregation of environments, audit trails, change control, and vendor due diligence. No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve.

Your Rights & Choices

  • Access, correct, delete, or export your data where applicable.
  • Object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where relied upon.
  • Manage marketing preferences via email footers or by contacting us.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We group what we store on your device into three categories, and you choose which optional ones to allow in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the persistent “Cookie preferences” control. Both optional categories default to denied before any third-party code runs.

  • Necessary — always on. Your cookie choice, your sign-in session, and basic security/abuse-prevention. Not used for advertising or profiling.
  • Analytics — off until you allow it. Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used. It does not load and sends nothing until you grant Analytics. We never send your name, email or phone to it.
  • Advertising — off until you allow it, and not currently active. If enabled in future, Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API measure whether advertising leads to enquiries, only with your Advertising consent. If we later use Meta’s Advanced Matching, identifiers such as email or phone are hashed on our server before sending — raw identity never enters analytics or browser events; Meta also receives your IP address and browser type.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, Advertising stays off; if it sends Do Not Track, both optional categories start off. To attribute enquiries to their source, we store campaign parameters (utm/gclid/fbclid) and the referring page in your browser.

Retention: Google Analytics data ~14 months; Meta data (if activated) per Meta’s own periods; the attribution record stays in your browser until you clear it; enquiry records are kept up to 24 months. Google and Meta process this data as our providers and may process it outside your country. This section describes what our site does and is not legal advice. For any question or request, contact joe@bdicorporate.com.

AI & Automations

Optional AI features run with guardrails and do not train public models on your data. You control which sources are ingested and who can access outputs.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted with a new date above.
