BDI Corporate, the business platform
BDI Corporate is a business platform. It gives a company one place to run its customers, bookings, messages, campaigns and website, instead of a separate tool for each.
What businesses use it for
Customers and leads
Every enquiry, customer and lead in one list, with the full history of what was said and done, so nothing is lost between staff.
Bookings and viewings
Customers ask for a time on the business's website. Staff see the request, confirm it, and the customer gets a confirmation.
A shared inbox for email and WhatsApp
Messages from the business's email addresses and WhatsApp number arrive in one inbox that the whole team can answer from.
Campaigns
The business writes a message once and sends it to the customers who have agreed to hear from it, then sees what came back.
Your website
The business's own website, built and kept up to date from the same place as its customers and bookings.
Who signs in
The people who sign in are the staff of the businesses that use BDI Corporate: owners, managers, sales and front desk teams. Each person sees only what the business has given them access to. A business’s customers do not sign in to BDI. They use the business’s own website, and their details are held for that business alone. Staff sign in at systems.bdicorporate.com.
Connecting Google
A business can choose to connect its own Google account to BDI Corporate. Nothing is connected unless the business agrees on Google’s consent screen, and the business can switch each of these off whenever it likes. When a business connects Google, BDI Corporate uses:
- Google Business Profile: The business's listings, opening hours, reviews and performance figures, so it can see and manage them inside BDI.
- Google Ads: The business's campaign and spend figures, shown in its own reports.
- Google Analytics: The business's website traffic figures, shown in its own reports.
- Google Search Console: The business's search performance figures, shown in its own reports.
- Google Merchant Center (content): The business's product list, sent to its own Merchant Center account so the products can appear in Google Shopping.
- Google Calendar and Meet (calendar.events, meetings.space.created, meetings.space.settings): When a booking or meeting is confirmed, BDI adds it to the business's calendar and can create a Google Meet room for it. Google sends no invitation to anyone; the customer gets BDI's own confirmation.
- Google Drive (drive.file): BDI saves files it produces for the business, such as exports, into folders BDI itself created. It cannot see the rest of the business's Drive.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets): BDI adds rows, such as members, orders or leads, to a Google Sheet the business chose, as an export.
- YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly): BDI publishes a video the business chose to its own YouTube channel, and reads the channel's results to show in its reports.
- Gmail, send only (gmail.send): Only if the business turns it on, BDI sends the business's individual replies to its customers from the business's own Gmail address, so the customer sees a reply from the address they wrote to.
BDI Corporate never reads Gmail through Google. It only sends the replies the business asks it to send. Google data is used only to provide the features above to that business: its own reports, listings, calendar, files, videos and replies. It is never sold and never used for advertising. Tokens are stored encrypted and kept only while the business stays connected.
BDI Corporate’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The full detail is in our privacy policy, and the rules for using our services are in our terms.
